Rodney Behrends brings seven years of experience and a multi-faceted skill set to the Goldfish Partners team.  He has not only excelled in the area of permanent physician placement but he is also known nationwide as an expert in the arena of Locum Tenens.  Rodney has been a two-time Recruiter of the Year and company wide MVP for one of the largest Permanent and Locum Tenens search firms in the United States.  His passion and dedication are quickly evident to the countless individuals with whom Rodney has worked over the years.  Rodney is a graduate of Tarleton State University and lives in Fort Worth, TX with Courtney and their daughter, Lily.
