Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in
Education from Northwestern State
University in Natchitoches, LA.
Upon graduation from college, Rob
was a professional baseball player
with the Cleveland Indians
organization for almost four years.
Rob is married to Annie and they are
the proud parents of Kellan (7) and
Madeleine (4).
Rodney
Behrends brings seven
years of experience and a
multi-faceted skill set to the
Goldfish Partners team. He has not
only excelled in the area of
permanent physician placement but he
is also known nationwide as an
expert in the arena of Locum Tenens.
Rodney has been a two-time Recruiter
of the Year and company wide MVP for
one of the largest Permanent and
Locum Tenens search firms in the
United States. His passion and
dedication are quickly evident to
the countless individuals with whom
Rodney has worked over the years.
Rodney is a graduate of Tarleton
State University and lives in Fort
Worth, TX with Courtney and their

Korey Lynn
brings a great deal
of sales and client management
experience to Goldfish Partners. Throughout
his 5+ years in this industry he has
successfully completed searches
throughout all areas of health care. His ability to provide
quality customer service and produce
results in a timely manner has
allowed him to maintain client
relationships all over the United
States. This unique talent has put
him in the position of managing a
team of 15 recruiting consultants
for a $37 million firm. His
industry knowledge and experience
managing the day to day operations
of a large firm is a tremendous
asset to Goldfish Partners. Korey is a graduate of The
University of North Texas and now
lives in Dallas, Texas with his
wife, Marianne.
Thomas Hanley
is a leader in the physician

time, he has been involved in all

not limited to, sales, marketing,
candidate sourcing, candidate
presentation and candidate placement

Tom is a graduate of the University
of North Texas and lives in
Lewisville, Texas. Tom is
married to Lisa and they are the
